Dyan’s Cerril is a Peruvian horse. When she arrived in May of 2020 she joined our other two Peruvians rescues (Siglo and Serena) from an Animal Services case in 2019. She is an anxious girl, but has a heart of gold. Nathan works with her regularly to build her confidence. After being rescued by Animal Services, the original herd of Peruvians was taken in by Dyan Albers Paquette. She did amazing work on behalf of this herd through the San Diego Peruvian Horse Rescue.
Thanks to her Peruvian genes, Dyan’s Cerril has the looks of a runway model, and she knows how to work it for Don’s camera!

Our annual family-fun Bowling for Burros fundraiser is next Sunday, March 22 at Parkway Bowl, El Cajon. Help us raise critical funds for burro dental care while having an afternoon of fun, pizza, prizes and bowling. Our Burro Brigade is counting on your support.
