TJ Hooker joined the ranch in February 2020, when a local rescue decided to downsize. He came with his girlfriend Crystal. Sadly, we lost Crystal to a torsion (twisted intestine) in June of that same year. Fortunately, TJ found a new love in Gila.
TJ is a bit of a ladies’ man, living with Gila, but with Deveny’s Ruckus on one side and ‘Riah on the other. Life is never dull for this off-track thoroughbred.
Our annual family-fun Bowling for Burros fundraiser is Sunday, March 22 at Parkway Bowl, El Cajon. Help us raise critical funds for burro dental care while having an afternoon of fun, pizza, prizes and bowling. Our Burro Brigade is counting on your support. Deadline for registration is March 15!
