In June 2023, we received a new member for our Sounder of Swine. "Texas" had entered the care of San Diego County of Animal Service's care two years earlier as a stray. He is a fairly large, very friendly pig. At one point, he was adopted into a wonderful home. Unfortunately, a poor interaction with the family dog saw Texas returned to the shelter.*
